Callum Incredibly moreish. I could never have made such a luxurious biltong.
Melts in your mouth, falling apart. This is by far the best cured meat I’ve ever placed between my lips.
My girlfriend brought it home as a treat and the pure tenderness inspired me to write this (not a regular reviewer). I will definitely be buying more and found a new guilty pleasure.
